Measurement and verification are carried out at every stage from incoming inspection to shipment. With 3D coordinate measuring machines and optical projection devices we achieve inspection at the 0.001 mm level.
Measurement results are reported; batch-level full traceability records are kept for every part group.
Our quality control processes are certified to the EN 9100:2018, AS9100D and JISQ 9100:2016 aerospace and defence standards (Kiwa Cermet Italia · Certificate No: 00836-N). We also hold ISO 9001:2015 quality, ISO 14001 environmental, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety, and ISO 27001 information security management systems.
